Narrative
Three were sent to the hospital, and one was left dead after a three-vehicle collision on Old Canaan Road in Spartanburg before 9 p.m. on Tuesday, April 18th. South Carolina Highway Patrol said the driver of Traffic Unit 1, later identified as 35-year-old Pierre Siharath, went over the centerline, sideswiping Traffic Unit 2, and then colliding head-on with Traffic Unit 3 in the process. The drivers of Traffic Units 2 and 3 were hospitalized, along with a passenger traveling with Siharath. Siharath succumbed to fatal injuries. Additional details are under investigation.
