Narrative
COLUMBIA, SC – A three-vehicle crash along a busy roadway in west-central Richland County sent five people to the hospital on Thursday.
The incident happened just before 2 p.m. on Harbison Boulevard near I-26, which is just north of the Walmart Supercenter.
Police haven’t yet specified the cause of the accident, nor have they commented on the severity of injuries sustained in the crash.
Officials closed Harbison Boulevard in the area of the collision while crews worked to clear the scene.
