Narrative
FAIRFIELD CO., SC – Two people in their 20s died Tuesday night in a single-vehicle collision along the highway in southwest Fairfield County.
The crash happened around 11:20 p.m. on the southbound side of SC-215 just east of Jenkinsville, which is southwest of Fairfield County Airport.
Police say that for unknown reasons a northbound 2003 Chevrolet sedan left the roadway, rolled, and crashed into a tree, killing the driver and passenger at the scene of the accident.
Authorities identified the victims as Chrishonda Boyd, 24, and Jacquivs Robinson, 25.
A full investigation is underway.
