Narrative

NORTH CHARLESTON, SC – A 37-year-old man died on Sunday night from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident in North Charleston.

The crash occurred around 10:55 p.m. near the exit on I-26 for Aviation Avenue. This is just east of Charleston International Airport.

Authorities identified the victim as Brad Grimes.

At this time, it’s unclear what caused the accident. It does not appear that any other vehicles were involved in the crash.
